Prof. Keshava is a Professor in the Department of Studies and Research in Library and Information Science, and Director, PMEB, Tumkur University, Tumkur, India. He obtained Ph.D. from Karnatak University Dharwad in 2004 and also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking. Prof. Keshava has published 100+ research papers in International/national reputed journals and Seminars/Conferences proceedings.
